Shipping & Delivery

Shipping

Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Orders received on week days after 12pm EST, or on weekend days or on holidays will begin processing the next business day. Shipping times may vary due to availability of merchandise.

Nikki Laura offers four types of shipping options for delivery within the United States. All packages are shipped via UPS and we offer the following shipping options:

  • Ground (5 to 7 business days) - $12
  • 3 Day Select (3 to 4 business days) - $20
  • 2nd Day Air (2 business days) - $25
  • Next Day Air (1 business day) - $35

Tracking Your Order

If you want to track your order shipment via UPS, you can do so in the following way:

Refer to your order confirmation email for the UPS tracking number; then simply enter your tracking number on the UPS website at www.ups.com to track your order shipment.

Returns & Replacements

Nikki Laura wants you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.

Regular priced merchandise may be exchanged within 14 days of sale receipt for store credit when accompanied by an original receipt for items that have not been, worn, altered or washed with tags attached. Tags that have been cut off and pinned, or secured back on in anyway will not be accepted.

You will be issued a one time use coupon code to apply to your next order.

Final sale on accessories and intimates. Sale items are not returnable.

Store credit or coupon cannot be replaced if lost or stolen.

NO REFUNDS

Damaged/Defective Product

All merchandise is thoroughly checked for defects and damage prior to shipping. If you have received a damaged or defective product please notify us at nikki@nikkilaura.com within 3 days of receipt to be eligible for a replacement. We will replace a damaged item if available but we do not manufacture our products and we do not offer any warranty. Repair or replacements of damaged items are up to the manufacturer’s discretion.

If you live in the New York area, you can always bring your returns to Nikki Laura at 4 Prince St.

Ordering

Once you're done shopping, its easy to checkout! To begin checkout, click “MY CART” on the top brown menu bar.

Once you are viewing the contents of your cart, you may adjust quantities in your cart by changing the number under the quantity label, and then by clicking "UPDATE SHOPPING CART" after all quantity adjustments have been made. You may also at this time remove items from you cart by clicking the “REMOVE” button to the right of the product. Discount codes may be entered at this time. Type code into the box and click, “APPLY COUPON”. Then click “checkout” to proceed.

Instead of removing an item from your “SHOPPING CART” you may save it to your wish list for a future purchase. Items that you move to your wish list can later be moved back to your cart, or you can send copies of your wish list to others in hopes of making your wishes come true. Please note, items added to your wish list do not ensure later availability. (You must login to use the wish list feature). You may always login by clicking “MY ACCOUNT” on the brown menu bar at the top of any page.

Once you are ready to checkout with the items in your shopping cart, click on the “checkout” button in your shopping cart. New users can choose to either register for an account or checkout as a guest. Existing users can login at this point, if you haven’t done yet.

Billing information must be provided for guests. Existing users can choose an address from their address book, or enter a new billing address (which may optionally be saved in the address book). Both guest and users must choose to ship to the provided billing address or to ship to a different address.

SHIPPING

Next, please provide your Credit Card type, number, expiration and CCV number.

Finally you may review your order. The final page will provide an overview of the products ordered, subtotal, shipping, taxes, discounts and the grand total. You can either edit your order at this point or proceed with checkout.

Based on the contracts and relationships we have with our vendors, the merchandise sold on our site is intended for personal use only, and not for resale. We reserve the right to cancel orders that appear to be for resale purposes.

Viewing Orders

All customers are sent an email with their order summary once it has been processed. Users with accounts can login and view their orders on the site by clicking on “My Account”. Recent orders will be listed once you are logged in.

You can view a summary of your order, including the status of the shipment. To review all of your orders placed with Nikki Laura you may click on the “My Orders” link.

Updating Account Information

To update your Nikki Laura account you may login by clicking on “My Account”. This is for registered customers only.

You may change your name, email and password for your account by accessing the “Account Information” link. Once you have changed your information, click save. You may change your billing, shipping and any other addresses in the “Address Book” link. You may add a new address when by clicking the “Add New Address” link. Check “Use as my default billing address” or “Use as my default shipping address” to set the address as the default, respectively. Click “Save Address” to complete the update. To update an existing default billing or shipping address, click “Change Billing Address” or “Change Shipping Address” When complete click “Save Address”.
